Request for translations services can be made in person during regular office hours 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Translations can be emailed at anytime: email. You will receive an immediate response to your request.
Translations are completed within the timeframe requested by the customer. If there is no time preference, requests are returned within 10 business days.
There will be a 15% charge for rush orders requested in less then 10 business days. This charge can be waived depending on length and complexity of document.
Every translated document will include notarized certification from the translator that he/she is competent to translate from the original language of the document.
